Colville Paris Partners,  LLC was formed for the purpose of developing the Walnut Creek Condominiums and Park Place at Walnut Creek Condominiums communities.  The General Managers are The Colville Company, Inc. represented by its President, Charles Strickland, and Paris Projects, Ltd. represented by its President, Keith Paris.   The Colville Company, Inc. will be the general contractor.

Mr. Strickland’s real estate finance, development and construction experience dates back to 1971 when he joined First Union Corporation.  His banking career encompassed both mortgage banking and corporate banking with a specialty in real estate. Mr. Paris has been in the construction real estate development business for over 20 years.  Initial experience included estimating and project management at a large $100 million per year general construction company for 10 years.  He then established Paris Projects, Ltd. in 1989.  Paris Projects provides due diligence, design coordination, construction bidding, and management services for a multitude of commercial and residential developers.  His background will be utilized as construction manager.

Architect

Award winning Narmour-Wright Architecture is the project architect.  The lead architect, Thomas H. Wright III, has been involved in the residential design and construction industry since 1974.  As an architect he has designed more than 3,000 multi-family units throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia.  The firm was chosen to design Park Place to take advantage of Mr. Wright’s design skills so as to position the project as a unique opportunity for our buyers.
