The Colville Company specializes in custom infill townhomes, condominiums, and single family homes in the Charlotte, N.C., area. The Company also develops in towns near Charlotte including Lake Wylie, Mooresville, and Mint Hill. On a select basis, it also provides general contracting services to other developers. The Company’s trademark signature is the combining of timeless architecture, style and quality craftsmanship on unique sites to create truly classic homes. In the past three decades, our President, Charles Strickland, and his associates have built nearly 4,000 residential dwellings and related infrastructure site development, with a total value well into nine figures.
